Integrated with Hiro & Associates, Inc., a company particularly renowned by overseas investors, and changed its trade name to HIRO & REAS Network, Inc.
Business expansion with J-REIT and other securitized property valuations, NPLs, M&As, and international valuations. |

Merged with Wakaba Tokai Estate Consultants Ltd. based in Nagoya and changed its trade name to Japan Valuers Co., Ltd. Hiroyuki Isobe and Kenji Oda (current Vice Chairman) became co-representative. |
