Structured the first-ever valuers’ nationwide network company, REAS-Network Co., Ltd. (President: Hiroyuki Isobe (current Chairman)).
Dec  2002
Integrated with Hiro & Associates, Inc., a company particularly renowned by overseas investors, and changed its trade name to HIRO & REAS Network, Inc. Business expansion with J-REIT and other securitized property valuations, NPLs, M&As, and international valuations.
Jun  2003
Branch office opened in Naka-ku, Nagoya. 
Feb  2008Start structuring Global Network model particularly in Asia and North America regions.
Oct  2010
Merged with Wakaba Tokai Estate Consultants Ltd. based in Nagoya and changed its trade name to Japan Valuers Co., Ltd. Hiroyuki Isobe and Kenji Oda (current Vice Chairman) became co-representative.
Sep 2011
Registered as the Regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors-UK).
Jul    2013
Tokyo HQ relocation to Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku along with business expansion.

Hiroyuki Isobe became our Chairman, and Jun Komuro was appointed to be the CEO & President of Japan Valuers.
Sep 2016
Our Chairman Hiroyuki Isobe established Japan Valuers (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to enhance our international base of businesses.

Our Chairman Hiroyuki Isobe co-founded Japan Valuers (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. in the Kingdom of Cambodia to enhance our international base of businesses.
Apr 2018
Upgraded the International Relations Division in Tokyo HQ to strengthen the team to support international clients more (Head: Takashi Nakazawa).

20th anniversary of its foundation.

Japan Valuers and a well-known real estate expert and business leader Ratchaphum Jongpakdee (ex-Deputy Managing Director in Colliers International Thailand) co-founded Japan Valuers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to serve clients in Thailand and across the Mekong areas.
