Japan Valuers (Thailand) Co., Ltd., head quarter in Tokyo, Japan, is an independent appraiser and a National’s most experienced and reliable firm.  Through a joint venture with Ratchaphum, a well-known real estate consultant expert and business leaders, Japan Valuers goes Thailand, opening a Japan Valuers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.  Ratchaphum becomes founding partner and managing director of Japan Valuer (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

We provide services for real estate, plant machinery, intellectual property and business valuation. Valuation services has office in key countries around the Asia/Pacific and also provides services on three areas of the CLMV, including Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia.

We are proud to provide our clients with high quality real estate valuation and counseling services nationwide, while offering reasonable prices with accuracy outcomes and prompt delivery.   Our staff is comprised of MRICS, RICS registered valuer, Certified local valuers and valuation experts credentialed by the most respected professional valuation societies, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors “RICS”.  RICS is a World’s leading professional body for clarifications and standards in property valuation, infrastructure and construction.  RICS members are experienced, credentials, financial modeling experts and leaders in valuation profession.
